Q: What are the final delivery formats?
A: We can export to many Windows and Mac formats such as EPS, Photoshop, Illustrator, PDF, JPEG, TIFF, etc.

Q: We live in the US. Can you provide services to us?
A: We are located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. We provide on-location photography only to the province of Ontario. However, we can provide in-studio photography to anyone, anywhere, as long as you can deliver your product safely to us by UPS, Purolator, Postal, etc.

Q: Do you digitally edit our images to make them look better?
A: Of course, we do. We digitally edit all images that we have taken to ensure your products look as best as they can be.

Q: How long does it take to get the final images?
A: It takes about a week to take the photos, edit and send the images back to you in digital formats. It takes longer for special photography needs.

Q: Can you produce images to meet with our printing specifications?
A: Yes, we can. We produce high resolution digital formats at 300 dpi suitable for all printing needs.

Q: Do you remove or add background?
A: Depending on your needs, we either remove the background so that your product can be placed on other graphic or we can add appropriate background to showcase your product better.

Q: Is there any guarantee?
A: Certainly, we will re-shoot your products if required.
